Which service do I need?
The service you need depends on your vehicle’s age, mileage, and usage. We offer three levels of servicing—each designed to suit different needs. We generally recommend alternating between an interim service one year and a major service the next, to keep your vehicle in top condition. If your vehicle’s service history is unknown, we suggest starting with a major service to ensure everything is thoroughly checked and you have a fresh baseline for future maintenance. As a good rule of thumb, we recommend servicing your vehicle every 12 months or every 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise on the best option for you and your vehicle. Find out more about the different services we offer
My vehicle has failed its MOT - what happens next?
Should your vehicle fail its MOT, we will price up the cost for the repairs and update you straight away. We never complete any repair work unless we’ve gained your authorisation. For straightforward repairs, we aim to have your car back to you the same day. However, if the labour time is extensive or we need to order a special part, there may be a delay, and we’ll notify you immediately. In these cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, whether that means offering a courtesy car if there’s one available, or providing more frequent updates. Once repairs are completed, we’ll retest the vehicle and let you know when it’s ready to collect. It's important to note, if your car fails the MOT due to a dangerous defect, it is illegal to drive it away until the necessary repairs are made.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
To help ensure your appointment runs smoothly, it would be a great help to our mechanics if you could leave your locking wheel nut key on the front seat when dropping your vehicle off, along with your service book if needed.
Do you offer a courtesy car service?
Yes, we do! We have a selection of vehicles we're able to offer our customers, both manual and automatic. The process is simple—just bring your driving licence and sign a quick form, and we’ll get you sorted with a courtesy car to keep you on the road. Cars are available for hire for just £15 a day.
